Introduction
My Daily Sadhana is based on the teachings of Yogi Amandeep Singh Ji. We warmly invite you to make this practice a part of your daily life routine. It is recommended to be practiced each day, as your health permits. Sadhana can help cultivate greater balance, awareness, and inner peace in everyday life.
How and When to Practice
Sadhana should be practiced on an empty stomach, as it includes the Breath of Fire kriya (Agni Pranayama). The most conducive times are around sunrise, sunset, or noon.
However, it may also be practiced at any time of day, provided the stomach is empty.
