84 Steps of Healing
The Shortest Spiritual Path
A Sacred Pilgrimage led by Yogi Amandeep Singh
September 23 – 30, 2026
Yatra (Sanskrit: यात्रा, yātrā) translates as “journey” or “pilgrimage.” The word has deep roots in Indian spiritual tradition and culture. A yatra is not merely a journey in the physical sense but, above all, a spiritual pilgrimage undertaken for the purpose of self-discovery, purification, and connection with the divine
Mystical Travels with a Yogi
84 Steps of Healing
The Shortest Spiritual Path
Yogi Amandeep leads Yatras to places not typically accessible to the public. Under his guidance, powerful, esoteric, and mystical teachings are revealed. An expert in the history and science of yoga, he openly shares his profound yet practical wisdom throughout the journey. He opens up a mystical space, offering the opportunity for a unique and deeply spiritual experience.
Are You Ready to Answer the Call?
From the perspective of Yoga, there are exactly 68 energy centers (portals) on planet Earth. These points hold the secrets of two realities: the known and the unknown (the manifest and the unmanifest).
Spending time in these places can alter your state of mind, allowing you to achieve in mere hours what would otherwise take years. These portals have corresponding points within the human body, and attempts have been made to awaken them using various techniques.
One such method is called “Yatra,” which literally means directing the flow of life toward radiance. It is a simple yet profound process in which you work with your body by visiting the corresponding energy centers on Earth. In these sacred spaces—where Samadhi can be attained—energy flows from the body to the soul, charging the atmosphere. Simply spread the wings of your consciousness, and your journey toward abundance will begin.

Goindwal Sahib — The Shortcut to Liberation from Karma
Baoli Sahib at Goindwal Sahib is a well with 84 steps. Wells provide access to the treasures of the earth—health, wealth, prosperity, and abundance. They serve as a gateway to a hidden reality. In the past, wells were used for making wishes and manifesting them. This particular well is the navel of Mother Earth and was sanctified by the third Guru, Guru Amar Das. As conditioned beings, we carry karmic impressions from 8.4 million lifetimes, all of which accumulate in the Sushumna (the central energy channel within the spine). These karmic impressions hinder our growth, and clearing them can take thousands of lifetimes.
Guru Amar Das, renowned for his compassion, activated this source and bestowed upon it a powerful blessing. Anyone who immerses themselves in the water and then recites Japji—repeating the recitation 84 times while standing on each step of the well—is liberated from the karmic impressions accumulated over 8.4 million lifetimes. This is a sadhana you cannot afford to miss in this lifetime; it is calling out to you. Heal yourself and free yourself from 8.4 million karmic impressions in this very life.
The Golden Temple — Home of Guru Ram Das
Harmandir Sahib, also known as the Golden Temple, is the heart of Mother Earth. It is the only place on the planet where the energies of the Sun and the Moon exist in perfect balance. It is energetically connected to the North Star—the only stationary celestial body—which imbues this sacred space with a highly balanced electromagnetic field.
Just a few moments of meditation in this powerful place are equivalent to years of practice. The best time to visit the Golden Temple is when the North Star appears in the sky. During this Yatra, Yogi Amandeep will introduce us to the precise science of this Temple, as well as the hidden caves and underground meditation cells surrounding the Golden Temple, where Udasi Yogis once performed their intense Sadhana.
We will also visit secluded sacred sites where Baba Sri Chand imparted his powerful teachings. These include the underground chambers where he meditated and healed countless people.
