PAVAN GURU

Decoding Karma Through the Wisdom of Breath

Pavan Guru – Decoding Karma

In yogic understanding, the root of samsara lies in the five primary winds within the body. When these winds are unstable, there is karma, entanglement. When they are balanced, there is dharma, the capacity to flow freely.

Breath is the key.

In the words of Guru Nanak, breath is known as Pavan Guru, the wisdom holder of all that was, is, and shall be. The experience of both bondage and liberation depends upon your relationship with breath.

When you know your breath, you begin to understand the architecture of your karmic patterns. When you refine your breath, you refine your destiny.

This special session with Yogi Amandeep Singh explores two inseparable dimensions of yogic science: Pavan Guru and the primal intelligence of breath as the force that generates, organizes, and dissolves reality.

Breath – Generates. Organizes. Destroys.

All movement in life is the movement of Prana.

Just as seaweed appears to move while it is the water that moves it, so too mind, body, and world appear to move. In truth, it is Prana in the breath that is moving.

Only Prana moves.

Prana generates.
Prana organizes.
Prana dissolves.

The Vedas declare: Prana Iti Sa Brahm — Prana is the Divine.

Through understanding the rate, rhythm, and retention of breath, one begins to perceive how creation unfolds within the human system.

Breath Generates. Organizes. Destroys.
